As the recipient of the Utah’s Business Magazine Top 20 in their 20’s award, Kwamane has proven leadership skills, leading youth and family programs. Kwamane has around 15 years of experience working with at risk youth in the non-profit sector. Most recently, Kwamane worked with the United Nations Civil Society Youth Committee that led outreach initiatives for the 68th Civil Society Conference, which was attended by 2,000 representatives from more than 500 civil society organizations from over 100 countries. Kwamane has a B.S in Criminal Justice with a emphasis on Juvenile Justice.
