Join the Franklin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority to learn about a new affordable home ownership opportunity: a house we are renovating in Greenfield, that we plan to award to a low-income first-time home buyer by a housing lottery in early November. We will discuss the house renovation and talk about the lottery process and how to apply to be in the lottery. Once a household is chosen in the lottery, they will have 45 work days to secure financing and enter into a purchase and sale agreement. This is our second and final information session before the applications are due and the lottery occurs.
